POSTPONED: Our 6th Anniversary shindig is postponed until July 11th

Mark your calendars for July 11th!

EVERYONE:
We wanted to “act as if” we would still have our anniversary meeting in April.

However, in accordance with the shelter-in-place orders, we have CANCELED our April 11th meeting.

Larry T., the out-of-town anniversary speaker, has been rescheduled for July 11th. (Fingers-crossed that it will happen!)

Some people have asked us if we will Zoom the meeting:

No…. At least, not in April.

Instead of CityWide, please support your own home groups and contribute to your home group’s 7th Tradition. Consider attending a Zoom meeting in another state or another country—”Get In The Car” & “Get On The Plane” without leaving your living room!
We’ll be back soon IRL—having FUN & FOOD & FELLOWSHIP again!

Please encourage everyone you know to subscribe to our emails or check out our Facebook page or website for information about the next event as it gets closer to the date. Things are so rapidly changing, hour-by-hour it seems, & we may not be able to personally respond in a timely-enough manner to emails or phone calls.

These are unprecedented times & please remember we are ALL doing the best we can. Let’s practice our principles of love, unity, compassion, tolerance, kindness, & all the other good stuff! “Our very lives, as ex-problem drinkers, depend on our constant thought of others & how we may help meet their needs.” Alcoholics Anonymous, page 20.
